Please wear stretchy comfortable clothes, bring your own yoga mat or towel or yoga belt & a blanket. Please register ahead of the weekend.

Workshop Description: Hatha Yoga.

Smile, stretch, strengthen, tone and relax. Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that shifts emotions and revitalizes the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs and allows you to experience a state of deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
