Greetings my fellow Recompressionists!

This is your quiet space to reflect, meditate, practice and/or receive Healing Arts of all varieties through the duration of this Temporary Autonomous Zone.

Here we will host Healing and Spiritual Arts related workshops of your design.

Here, we will create a safe, quiet, and comfortable oasis retreat available to anyone day or night for healing touch, massage, yoga or just quiet reflection. Anyone drawn to the healing energies and/or wishing to share them are welcome.

Volunteer your creative talents to create this space; décor, ambiance, or just help us find the comfortable supplies listed below.

Inflatable mattresses with pump
Signs
White Board and Markers for schedule
Massage Tables!
Massage oils and lotions
Clean Towels & Sheets
Foot washing basins
Incense, sage, meaningful items for altar
Lots of cushions, warm blankets, pillows, fabrics to soften space
Tea kettle, mugs, and herbal teas
Water and jug for water
Fruit
Soft lighting
Relaxing, ambient music. (any format)
Cleaning Supplies
Yoga mats
