Workshop Description:

Good relationships are the foundation of our lives. This presentation/discussion will open a dialog about the kinds of dynamics that create merging and enmeshment. Developing relationships that are based on an authentic self in relationship takes awareness and commitment to working on ourselves. Bring your questions and experiences about relationships. I work as a relationship counselor and psychotherapist. I usually facilitate a full day workshop on this subject. I am looking forward to bringing this discussion into our community to continue to work on the ways we love and work together.
