Exploring Relationships
Minimum number of participants: not limited.
Good relationships are the foundation of our lives. This presentation/discussion will identify the stages that people typically go through when developing committed intimate relationships. I will also talk about the ways couples get stuck and loose connection, and intimacy does not deepen. Developing relationships that are based on an authentic self in relationship takes commitment to working on ourselves. Bring your questions and experiences about relationships. I work as a relationship counselor and psychotherapist and I am looking forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to this discussion. The workshop is open to individuals as well as couples who wish to explore themselves in relationship.
