* Talent show is still too premature to set Time
* Scout(s) to Camp Elphinstone on Friday, 3:30 ferry
* Louise would like to set up/organize a Carnival Entertainment tent with sideshows, spooky things, weird things, talent etc.
* Hannibal leaves meeting 8:07pm
* Michael Gove in charge of renting a truck for extra stuff such as installations pieces and big things that can’t fit in your car…NOT costume bins and such.

· Aquarius raises awareness/question about vegetarian food and will it/can it be separate?
· Can we please make it more clear which food is intended for which types of humans?
· Aquarius & Megatron agree to collaborate food ideas/proposals for the kitchen, as well as signs or announcements
· After registration closes we will have a better idea about numbers
THEME CABIN UPDATE
· 8 or 9 cabins/lodges in form as of so far
· locations will be sealed after ticket registration
· descriptions and availability to come
· Diana asks Squish to explain a little something on the site about the cabins (ie. so new people can understand how availability and themes work, or how they don’t happen at all etc.)
